Gallweys is a family business specialising in the manufacturing of luxury Irish Handmade chocolates. Great care is taken to ensure that only the finest quality ingredents are used. By using old secret recipes and traditional methods we achieve that pure taste of quality that takes you back in time when chocolate was just that, CHOCOLATE.
The Gallwey family were famous whiskey blenders in the 19th Century and the recipe for our equally famous whiskey truffle comes from old family files.
